Editorial Policy

How MyWeight Rhythm develops, reviews, updates, and corrects educational wellness content.

Our editorial purpose

MyWeight Rhythm publishes general educational guidance about healthy weight management, balanced eating, movement, walking, sleep, recovery, and sustainable habits. Our goal is to make complex topics easier to apply without shame, fear, exaggerated promises, or pressure to follow one rigid plan.

How content is created

Articles are planned and written by the MyWeight Rhythm Editorial Team. We prioritize clear explanations, realistic examples, and language that reflects uncertainty where appropriate. We do not invent doctors, clinical credentials, universities, patient stories, testimonials, or research findings.

Sources and review

When a page includes specific health recommendations, statistics, or scientific claims, the editorial team looks for reliable primary research and guidance from established public-health organizations. Sources are linked when they materially support the content. Educational review is not a substitute for individual medical review.

Updates and corrections

Each article displays a published date and an updated date. We review pages when guidance changes, when readers identify a meaningful issue, or when a page no longer meets our editorial standards. Material factual corrections are made promptly and without hiding the updated date.

Independence

Editorial decisions are separated from advertising and affiliate considerations. A commercial relationship cannot buy a positive conclusion, alter a health statement, or prevent us from discussing limitations. Sponsored content, if introduced, will be labeled before the content begins.

Feedback

Readers can report an error or ask about our process by emailing [email protected]. Please include the page title, URL, and a short description of the concern so the team can review it efficiently.
